All products are manufactured and shipped by Order A Print. If you have any questions about your order, then please contact them on support@orderaprint.com for assistance. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days and will arrive within 9 to 12 days.

Q: Will the watermark be removed from the print?

A: Yes, the watermark will be removed from your print.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will include a tracking code and a direct link to the tracking system. 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: There is a list of countries that Order a Print can ship to, which will be listed as you go through the checkout. 

Q: Why are some photographs available in different sizes?

A: This is because some of the photographs have a higher resolution than others. Therefore, to avoid prints losing their quality, the print options will only show the appropriate sizes available for that photograph. 

Q: Will the number of photographs in the store be expanded in future?

A: Yes, I will add further photographs to the store on a continuous basis

Q: Can I get a copy of your photographs in black and white?

A: At the moment, only the photographs included in the store section are available, whether they be black and white or colour. However, I will expand the store in future to include a colour section and black and white section.
